Thank you for shopping with SIRE. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 Business  Days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays.

During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. SIRE is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and available delivery options are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and transferred to the carrier. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Standard estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3-10 Business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, high-volume shipping periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

Free Shipping

We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders, subscriptions, bundles, or promotional offers. Free shipping eligibility, if available, will be shown at checkout.

SIRE reserves the right to modify or discontinue free shipping offers at any time.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are processed according to the delivery schedule selected at checkout or managed through your customer account.

Please update your shipping address before your next subscription order is processed. Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address, cancel the shipment, or redirect the package.

Shipping Restrictions

SIRE currently ships to the United States only.

We may not be able to ship to certain addresses or locations.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order that cannot be shipped legally, safely, or reliably to the destination provided.

International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped outside The United States, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

SIRE is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection, customs holds, import restrictions, or unpaid duties and taxes.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the product may be lawfully imported into their country before placing an order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

SIRE is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, misdelivered packages, or packages marked as delivered but not received. However, if you experience an issue with delivery, contact us at sebastian@getsire.com and we will do our best to help you work with the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, building staff, mailrooms, and the carrier before contacting us.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at sebastian@getsire.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged package and product.

We may request additional information to review the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment.

Additional shipping charges may apply. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at sebastian@getsire.com

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or transferred to the carrier.
